Can I also come to the store without an appointment?

Yes, you can visit us for advice, returns, repairs, or to pick up an order. You'll find the addresses and opening hours of all our stores.

How can I pick up my order in the store today?

If a product is in stock, you can reserve it online and pick it up in the store today. On the product page, you can see in which stores a product is in stock. Just click on the button "Pick up in store". Is the product currently out of stock in the nearest store? You can order it and pick it up the next day. You can pay for it in the store.

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes, you can reserve a product online by selecting pickup in store when you place the order.

  • If the product is in stock in the nearest store, you can pick it up today.
  • If the product isn't in stock, you can reserve it and pick it up the next day.
  • You can pay for it beforehand or when you pick it up in the store.

Do I still have to wear a face mask in the store?

No, it's no longer mandatory.

Can I pay with cash?

Yes, you can pay with cash up to € 2999 in our stores. Reserve a product online and choose 'Pay in store' or visit us to place your order.

Do I have to pay in advance if I want to pick up an order in the store?

You don't have to. While you place your order, you can choose if you want to pay your order in advance or during pickup in the store.

What can I make an appointment for in the store?

You can visit us for advice with an appointment.

Can I exchange my product in the store?

Yes. Take your product to one of our stores. Don't know which product you want to exchange it for? Our experts are happy to help you find a product that suits you better. You don't have to register your product via the website, but it's a good idea to keep your order number ready.

Already know which product you want to exchange it for?

  1. Order your new product to reserve it.
  2. Indicate that you want to pick up your product in the store when you complete your order. You won't have to pay yet.
  3. In most cases, you'll be able to pick up your new product the same day or the next day. We'll let you know as soon as your new product is ready in the store.

What if I want to exchange my product for a cheaper product? We'll deposit the difference back in your account. You can only get a cash refund if you paid in cash. We'll refund up to € 50 in cash.

What if I want to exchange my product for a more expensive product? You can pay the difference.

Which coronavirus measures apply in the stores?

All our stores are open again.

You no longer have to wear a face mask or keep a distance of 1.5 meters. Our store employees will still follow some basic rules, as recommended by the government. They'll ensure there's enough fresh air in the store and they'll regularly disinfect their hands.

Are all Coolblue stores open?

Yes, our stores are open like you're used to from us. You can find the addresses and opening hours of all our stores here.

Can I return my product in the store?

Yes. If you register your return online first, you can drop it off in one of our stores.

Advantages of in-store returns:

  • We can help you find a replacement product. We'll often have it in stock right away,
  • If you have to send in your product for a repair, it's faster to do so via our store than via a package point.
    

Can I pick up my repaired product in the store?

Yes, that's possible. We'll send you an email when your repaired product is ready.
