A dash cam is a small dashboard camera with a wide viewing angle that you attach to the dashboard or windshield of your car. With a dash cam, you can record the traffic in front of you. Most camera have a motion sensor that gets activated by sudden movements like a collision. You can review the footage afterwards on the computer.
