Use a USB-C to Lightning cable to fast charge your iPhone 14 or older models. These cables only fit in new USB-C fast chargers, not in old USB-A chargers. You can also connect older iPad models with a Lightning port with these cables. If you want to use a cable for a long time, don't get a plastic one but a sturdy nylon or kevlar cable.
