The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 250°C.
You can easily sear a piece of red meat thanks to the stainless steel non-stick coating.
A stainless steel pan lasts longer and you can clean it in the dishwasher.
Stainless steel handles heat up while cooking, so you need oven gloves.

It is a nice pan with which, after getting used to it (especially with meat), you can make excellent fried food.

Even compared to much more expensive pans, this metal/brand is still my favorite. The roasting effect works as if cooking with direct heat. Much heavier in comparison than other pans, but meat/fish all cooks with the greatest of ease. Vegetables that are always limp also get a nice brown edge in a short time.
