- Reviews
With the Demeyere Glass Lid 32cm, you can seal your Demeyere pan tightly. This way, the pan heats up quickly, and you have a lot of control over the cooking process. Because the lid is transparent, you can easily keep an eye on the cooking process and adjust it where needed. Using a lid also keeps your food warm for longer and reduces splatter. The glass Demeyere lid is oven-safe, but not at a temperature above 230 °C. It can't handle use under the broiler.

It is a solid lid in terms of material, but because the vapor cannot escape, it rattles during cooking.

This lid has a good handle, which makes it easy to hold. Through the glass you can keep an eye on exactly how the dish to be fried / baked is going. The lid ensures that the heat benefits the dish. Another big advantage is that the lid is dishwasher safe.
