According to our pan expert
The 28cm diameter makes the pan suitable for preparing large pieces of meat.
The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven.
You can easily sear a piece of red meat thanks to the stainless steel non-stick coating.
Stainless steel handles heat up while cooking, so you need oven gloves.
The Demeyere Industry 5 Frying Pan 28cm is ideal for cooking large pieces of meat. The bottom of the pan is made of 5 layers that extend to the edge, so the heat distribution of the pan is optimal. The pan doesn't have non-stick coating, so it's ideal for searing a deliciously tender steak. The handle is welded, so dirt doesn't get the chance to nestle between the handle and the pan. The frying pan had a surface treatment, so you can easily clean it and the stainless steel will retain its color. You can clean the pan in the dishwasher. Want to enjoy your pan for longer? Wash it by hand.

Good pan, this one is really small, size of 1 egg. I misjudged that, so watch out.

Leave the meat alone in the pan for a while and then it will release on its own, so don't start shoveling right away. Cleaning without detergent. Leave it in hot water for a while and then clean it with the dish brush. Wok pan with non-stick coating comes off after a few years. This one lasts a lifetime.
