With induction wok cooking seems difficult - with a large gas flame this is easy. But this pan distributes the heat really great. Wok on induction like you have gas. The material has indeed been treated in such a way that it does not stick, much better than any other stainless steel pan I have.

According to our pan expert
The pan has a high-end build quality, so it's sturdy and lasts a long time.
The handle is welded, so dirt won't stick.
The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 230°C.
Because of the stainless steel coating, ingredients are more likely to stick to the pan.
With the Demeyere Appolo 7 Wok 26cm, you're ready to prepare an Asian meal. The pan consists of 7 layers that come up to the edge and the material is 2.3mm thick in total. This ensures a very good and even heat distribution over the whole surface. So you quickly stir-fry meat and vegetables and they remain crispy. The handle of the Demeyere Wok is welded and not screwed, so dirt can't get between the handle and the pan. The Demeyere Wok has a coated finish, so you can easily clean it and the stainless steel stays silver-white. Even after using it for years.
