Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our mirrorless camera expert
With the 28-70mm zoom lens, you can photograph portraits, landscapes, and animals, among others.
Thanks to the high maximum ISO values, you can also photograph handheld in dark situations.
You can make timelapse recordings with the Interval Shooting function.
This camera isn't suitable for beginners due to the complexity of the menu and controls.
The light intensity reduces when you zoom in, so you can't photograph by hand as long.
The Sony A7 III + FE 28-70mm f/3,5-5,6 OSS is a mirrorless camera with lens for the advanced to professional photographer. The lens has Super Nano AR coatings that reduce ghosting and lens flare, which allows you to capture athletes and animals in high-contrast images. The A7 III has a light sensitive CMOS full frame image sensor. This is backlit, making image processing fast and high quality. The camera guarantees sharp and clear photos and videos.
FocusThe A7 III's autofocus system has 693 phase-detection AF points covering 93 percent of the screen. You can quickly focus on an object and shoot pictures of moving subjects. In addition, the camera automatically focuses on the eyes of people and animals thanks to the Real Time Eye AF.
LensThe FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS is a wide-angle lens that allows you to photograph landscapes and architecture. For closer photos, such as portraits, zoom in with the lens. The lens has a silent focusing motor, so you don't hear it while filming. Thanks to the integrated image stabilization, you can easily film by hand.
Shooting in low lightWith the maximum ISO value of 204,800, you can take sharp photos and videos in low-light situations. The area-specific noise reduction technology prevents an image that is too grainy at a high ISO value. You can also use slower shutter speeds when it's dark. The camera has 5 stops of image stabilization that reduces motion blur.
VideoThe Sony A7 III films in 4K (ultra hd) resolution at 30 frames per second. In Full HD, you can film with 120 frames, so you have a video with smooth-moving images. With the Interval Shooting function, you can make timelapse recordings of traffic in the city and the sunrise or sunset.
What's better than my old Apsc camera.. It is rightfully one of the better mirrorless cameras on the market. I am impressed and by no means exhausted by all possibilities.

Using the camera is simple. Plug and play. Using the camera further requires a lot of attention and time. A nice challenge. Sees it as a hobby with a study. Then you have a beautiful device in your hands.
