According to our smartwatch expert
Met de geïntegreerde hartslagsensor meet je je hartslag eenvoudig via je pols.

De activiteitstracker beschikt niet over een touchscreen.
The Xiaomi Mi Band 2 tracks your activity throughout the day. The activity tracker counts your steps and measures the distance you cover. Thanks to the heart rate sensor on the back, it will also track your heart rate, which is nice if you want to monitor the intensity of your workouts. On top of that, the Mi Band 2 measures the calories you burn and your sleeping pattern. You can view all this data in the accompanying smartphone app, and you can motivate yourself by getting badges for sporting achievements. If you get a notification on your phone, you can view it on the Band 2's display.
Great little thing for the price. With an additional advantage: the possibility to NOT automatically share your data with all kinds of companies by using GadgetBridge instead of the MiFit app. Almost all other bands share automatically (and without opt-out) with all kinds of companies that (should) have nothing to do with your health data. I have not yet been able to catch my Mi Band 2 with a single mistake.

I bought this for my eight year old nephew because he didn't want to take off my fitbit anymore. He especially likes the pedometer and at the same time has the time with him! Now learn to tell the time digitally. It's a great device for the money!
