According to our monitor expert
With an ultrawide monitor, you have more screen space for your editing tools and multiple windows next to each other.
Thanks to the 99% coverage of the sRGB color space, this monitor displays colors realistically.
This monitor has High Dynamic Range (HDR), which provides a broader color representation and higher contrasts.
This monitor isn't adjustable in height
Due to the large monitor base and screen size, you need a large desk.
The LG 34WL500 is a 34-inch monitor with an ultrawide aspect ratio. This extra screen space allows you to play movies in cinema format without black bars and see more of the playing field in your games. The 75Hz refresh rate and FreeSync technology ensure smooth moving images without tearing and stuttering. The 99% sRGB color reproduction and HDR10 support ensure realistic colors and high brightness. This way, your movies and games on the 34WL500 stand out well. Working in sheets or editing programs? If so, use functions such as split screen to easily work with multiple programs side by side. You can divide the image into different windows in different ways and you can, for example, easily read data while typing a report.

Design
The large screen works great for work or study. It is a Full-HD screen so the resolution is not special, but for the price you should not expect more. I have not noticed any complaints about ease of use that I saw in previous reviews. Personally, I would recommend this monitor to anyone who wants a large screen, but doesn't have the need or budget for a QHD monitor.

Super screen that you can use right out of the box. Work easily by having 2 documents next to each other or by playing very large. It's a pity that there are no speakers, but in the office this is no problem!

First worked with 2 (not identical monitors side by side). With this LG 34 inch widescreen, that is now a thing of the past. Excellent image and easy to divide into different screen layouts with the extra software. the dual software is also a solution. Connecting 2 PCs and being able to operate both with the main PC (mouse and keyboard). So no more intermediate solutions with separate boxes. Can even be a Mac and a PC! So completely satisfied.
