The fast Sony CyberShot DSC-RX100 VII is a versatile compact camera for photographers and vloggers. With the zoom range of 24-200mm, you have flexibility, from wide-angle to macro. You can take 20-megapixel photos with the light-sensitive 1.0-inch CMOS sensor. You can also capture fast actions with 90 frames per second. Thanks to the quick autofocus system, you can focus in 0.02 seconds. The integrated image stabilization prevents motion blur. You record videos in 4K image quality, and with the eye autofocus in video, you can closely track your subject's eyes. Add an external microphone to the 3.5mm microphone connector for high sound quality. You can directly send photos and videos to your smart device via the WiFi and Bluetooth connection.

I am a thru hiker and hike the full length of New Zealand. This is an adventure of 3000KM per foot. Before I left, I was looking for a compact and lightweight camera with high-quality photo and video/vlog quality to capture the beautiful nature of New Zealand and my adventures. The SonyRX100M7 is the perfect choice and exceeds all my expectations. I capture movement of people and animals quickly and easily thanks to the fast auto focus with up to 90 shots per second (all razor sharp!) and gives very nice footage. The wide angle of the device and the quality of night shots is striking and sets this camera apart from many others if you ask me. The video quality is better than I expected and that is partly due to the Eye Autofocus and the fact that you can connect an external microphone despite the very small device. On all sides I am happy with my choice of camera, the camera suitable for every travel adventure!
