According to our keyboard expert
Adjust the actuation distance of the optical analogue switches of the keys to react faster in-game.
Light up the keyboard in 1 or several of the 16.8 million colors available, which is convenient if you're playing until deep in the night.
Assign an in-game function to the 32 programmable buttons to have all the important functions within reach.
You need third party software to fully utilize the functions of the keypad.
Razer Synapse doesn't work on macOS, so you don't have the option of customizing the keyboard on your iMac or MacBook.
With the Razer Tartarus Pro Chroma Gaming Keypad, you can easily create long macros and finetune how you game. The Tartarus Pro 32 has programmable buttons, so you have enough space to reach your most important shortcuts quickly. You can also adjust the actuation distance of the analogue optical switches of the keys. This way, you react faster in-game. And your thumb does more than just operating the space bar. With the extra thumb buttons, an 8-way joystick, and a scroll wheel, you navigate through menus even more easily. The design of this gamepad is shaped to your hand and has a built-in wrist rest with 2 positions, so it's suitable for both large and small hands.
Installation ease
Ergonomics
After 7 years of loyal service from my Razer Nostromo, bought this Razer Tartarus V2 Chroma. It had to meet a lot of expectations, as my Razer Nostromo 7 years without any problems has provided me with the excellent gaming experience. In theory, this Gamepad should be much better. Of course it had 5 extra programmable buttons, Mecha-Membrane buttons and of course RGB colors! When I received the package, I immediately took it out of the nicely wrapped box and retired my old Razer Nostromo. I have to say that the Razer Tartarus V2 Chroma is even better in practice! You had to ask me. Definitely recommended!

Great keypad, I'm going from a Razer Nostromo to the Tartarus V2 and I recommend it, the build quality is decent and the keys feel good.

Extremely easy to use keybinds in a smoother way. Setting up the tartarus and connecting to other razer devices is very easy thanks to razer Synapse. Beautiful design.
