It was already more difficult to get past the first steps, because the screen was in 'zoom' function, and at that stage this cannot be adjusted in Settings. After going through this, the iPhone itself started opening applications and doing things that were not asked. Without touching the screen, the device started to open a new mail with the last recipient as the sender. We then returned the device. Very unfortunate because we really wanted to give this a chance, and at first sight it seemed like a really quality device. So we went to the store behind a completely new iPhone.
