Maximum WiFi range throughout your house, even in the attic due to two concrete floors with reinforcement

After years of "tinkering" with the WiFi in my house, finally TOP WiFi in the house. I started years ago with a Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000 router, the result is crappy WiFi and no WiFi in the attic. Exchanged for a Devolo 1200+ with 4 adapters. Pretty good WiFi throughout 50-150Mbps out of a 300Mbps contract. After 6 years of satisfied use, looking for something different given the kids' working at home and online lessons. Started with the new Ziggo Smart WiFi pods in 1 word RUK. Unstable, and still crappy WiFi in the attic and other parts of the house. Then purchased the successor to my Devolo set via Coolblue, the Magic Wifi 2 Multiroom. Useless result the net speed was halved just about everywhere.
