First experience is better than expected

So far it's not sticking
After a few times already stains in the pan

I already knew that baking in stainless steel is a profession in itself. Watched a lot of videos and started. Vegetables went well, halloumi fine (patiencedddd) and scrambled eggs were ready in 10 seconds. Well, you start in a red-hot pan.. So far I have used coconut oil for baking. Sometimes it burns slightly, but maybe that's just my impatience and I need to stay off it longer.

From a sustainability and health point of view (teflon=iek) I am determined to only bake in this stainless steel pan or cast iron from now on.

I had heard terrible stories about baking and sticking, that hasn't happened to me yet so so far I'm not too bad! However, washing with a soft sponge does clean it, but discolorations remain. I'm sorry.
