According to our television expert
Thanks to the mini LED, you can enjoy a powerful contrast and you barely see a gray glow around bright objects.
The QNED technology and the 10-bit HDR screen provides a rich and detailed color representation.
Fast motions look smooth, thanks to the 100Hz refresh rate.
Because there is no subwoofer, you hear low tones less well during an action movie.
With the LG 55QNED866RE (2023), everything you see is rich in contrast, colorful, and it looks smooth. Thousands of small LED lights light up the screen and turn themselves off or on. This way, the dark areas of the screen are extra dark and the light areas are very light. Thanks to this large contrast, images look more realistic. You also won't see a glow around bright objects on a dark background, like stars in the night sky. Thanks to the QNED technology and the HDR support, you clearly see all color details. This way, you see a lot of shades of green in a rainforest during a nature documentary. Do you like to watch sports or an action movie? The 100Hz refresh rate makes sure fast-moving images always look smooth. This way, a shot on goal during a soccer match doesn't look shaky, but you see the ball fly in the corner in one smooth motion.

As the only choice for a 55" TV that I could buy with ecocheques and a score of very good or better regarding image quality, the choice was of course quickly made :-) I opted for the combination with a soundbar and there is nothing wrong with it, both in terms of image and sound. to notice.
