I have had several TVs without Ambilight, but since I started using it, I can't live without it. In addition, the lighting provides a more pleasant contrast, which makes the image quality feel even better subjectively. This TV does not run on the latest Philips software, which does not support all apps, but it does run on Google TV. This gives you the best of both worlds: a stable system with broad app support and the unique Ambilight experience. In short, a great TV that provides an impressive viewing experience!
