The headphones have 8 built-in microphones that scan and reduce ambient noise. You can barely hear your surroundings this way. Thanks to Hi-Res audio, you can play larger files than MP3 and hear more details in the music this way. Spotify doesn't support this technology yet, but streaming services like Tidal and Qobuz do support Hi-Res audio.
