Mows well, mulches less with damp and long grass (see photo 1). This can be partly remedied by going over it a second time at a higher mowing setting. Only have 50m2, so have not had to charge the battery after mowing three times (after the first time).
The dual charger apparently has a fan in it. It blows quite clearly audibly while charging. But this one is in the garage and we have no further problems with it.
After a lot of comparative research (including Bosch, Wolf) I chose it mainly because of the lower noise pollution (and Makita's good reputation).
Delivery was by the way without a smile: was rushed to the sidewalk, the bell pressed and the delivery person left immediately, before we got to the door. Box was slightly damaged (photo 2), content fortunately not. It looked like the lawnmower had been unpacked and re-taped before. The machine itself looked (thankfully) unused.
Sustainability score is more an expectation than an experience given the recent purchase. I hope to be able to look forward to a long working life of this little machine. .

According to our lawn mower expert
You can easily reach all corners of the garden as the mower and trimmer work on a battery.
With the 13 cutting height settings, you can choose how short you mow the grass.
You can trim the edges of your lawn as well as weeds and firm, wilted grass.
With a maximum 81dB noise level, the lawn mower makes more noise than other lawn mowers.
You can trim your garden down to the last detail with the Makita DLM382PT2 with 5.0Ah Battery (2x) + Makita DUR193Z.
Lawn mower
Mow lawns of up to 660m2. Choose how short you mow your grass with the 13 different cutting heights. With the mulching function, you blow shredded grass back into your garden as nutrients. This lawn mower is part of the Makita LXT 18V battery platform. This means you can also use the battery on other (garden) tools from the same battery platform.
String trimmer
You can trim a large part of the grass edges at once with the 26cm cutting swath. Thanks to the light 2.3kg weight and extra handle, you can work comfortably. Even during long jobs. Because the trimmer works on a battery, you can trim in any corner of your garden. Just like the lawn mower, this string trimmer is part of the Makita LXT 18V battery platform.
