Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic 4G Black 46mm

The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic is a stylish smartwatch with a classic design. Its extensive sleep features give me tips to improve my sleep, and the running coach helps me focus on improving my fitness. The battery life is short, lasting only one to two days.

Design resembles a regular watch The Watch 8 Classic looks a lot like a regular watch. It has a bezel with numbers and a classic strap. I have a 17-centimeter wrist circumference, so this 46-millimeter watch fits comfortably on my wrist. The bezel rotates, allowing me to easily scroll through apps and menus without touching the screen. There's a new button on the side that lets me quickly open an app. In my case, it's the workout app.

Screen easy to read in full sunlight The screen is much brighter than its predecessor, the Watch 6 Classic. Even in brightly lit environments, everything is clearly visible. All colors are vibrant. The screen responds quickly, and I don't experience any delays when quickly scrolling or switching between apps.

Improving my sleep This watch gives me a lot of insight into my sleep. For example, I know exactly when I was in which sleep phase. The watch combines all my sleep data and provides advice. In the evening, for example, I get a notification telling me the best time to go to bed. I had to wear the watch for a week before I gained more insight. This feature has made me more mindful of my sleep routine.

Personal running coach I've started running, so the personal running coach is very useful. Before I get a schedule, I have to complete a 12-minute test. Based on that test, I get a personalized schedule. Sometimes it's an interval workout and sometimes a long run. Thanks to the different workouts, I find that I enjoy running more. After each workout, I see my performance, which is motivating.

Handy AI assistant I have access to Gemini via my wrist, and it works very smoothly. I just have to ask a question, and I get an answer in no time. I also use it to answer incoming messages. I just have to briefly say what I want to say, and Gemini gives me a suggestion.

Switched from the Galaxy watch 6 classic to the 8 classic, and in terms of performance a big step forward.

Syncing with my phone works fantastically. You're always up-to-date. Beautiful watch with lovely dials. Highly recommended.
