According to our pan expert
Thanks to the flat base, you can sear meat easily and evenly.
The ceramic non-stick coating with honeycomb structure is durable and lasts a long time.
The pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and the oven up to 250°C.
Stainless steel handles heat up while cooking, so you need oven mitts.
I've been using the pan for a few weeks now, so this is mainly a first impression. The pan feels very solid, with a very sturdy, heavy base, so it's not a flimsy pan. I cook on induction, so you definitely need a good base. Of course, the non-stick coating is still in excellent condition, and I think it will last quite a while. It does have a unique surface, though—not the standard smooth finish, but a bit rougher. So, I'm happy with it for now.

I really enjoyed using this pan for both meat and eggs. The nonstick coating works well and prevents food from burning, making cooking smooth without using a lot of oil or fat. The pan heats up evenly and feels solid, as you'd expect. It's a bit smaller than I expected, perfect for 1-2 people, but if you want to cook for more people at once, it's a bit on the small side. It's also comfortable to hold while cooking and easy to clean. All in all, a great pan, as long as you keep its compact size in mind!

After about three weeks of almost daily use, I'm very satisfied with the WMF Ultimate Profi Resist 24cm frying pan. It's clearly a pan built for durability: it feels heavy, solid, and high-quality. The handle stays cool while cooking, which is pleasant and safe to use. I've used the pan for a variety of dishes, including steak, marinated chicken, omelets, and various everyday meals. In all cases, it performs reliably. The non-stick coating works well, although it's not a pan designed purely for maximum non-stick properties. Compared to true non-stick pans, it performs a little less well, but in practice, that doesn't cause any problems. The textured surface of the pan gives me confidence that you could also use metal spatulas in it. Personally, I always opt for wooden or silicone utensils as a precaution. Cleaning is easy: washing by hand with warm water and a little dish soap is enough to get the pan clean again. What is noticeable is that dark spots appear on the rim of the pan, precisely where the non-stick coating isn't applied. Fat can burn a bit there, similar to a stainless steel pan. It doesn't affect performance, but it does look a bit less polished over time. On induction, I notice the pan needs a bit more power to reach the desired temperature. Once hot, it retains heat well. I've used it for both simple weeknight meals and more sophisticated cooking, and in every case, it meets my expectations. The only real drawback is that 24 cm is a bit on the small side. All in all, a robust, versatile pan that performs reliably and is clearly built to last.
