Omron X4 Connect AFib + Adapter

The measurements are easy to perform and the data is easy to find

Due to health problems I unfortunately have to monitor my blood pressure in the morning and evening. In the back of my mind I knew that my GP also uses an Omron and I ended up with this type.

Your Omron X4 connects via bluetooth to save your measurements in the Omron app. Installing the app is a piece of cake. Install, create a login and you are connected to your Omron. This app creates a diary in which every time you take a measurement, it is saved. Super handy, especially for monthly consultations with the doctor. You open the app and you click on the days in the calendar of the Omron app and you email them or export them.

A child can do the laundry.

And because of the pre-shaped cuff, you can measure your blood pressure without too much hassle. You slide the "sleeve" over your arm in the right place and a clip holds it in place. 1 press the button and the measurement starts (including heart rate). Your app will receive the measurement via Bluetooth 2 seconds later.

And one extra practical thing, but not yet necessary with us, you can use this Omron with 2 people. Switch from patient 1 to 2 and start measuring.

But even without an app, this device stores its measurements internally, up to a maximum of 60 measurements.

Don't get him to talk to the app. Will use my grandchild of 7, because it really depends on me.
