Door sags: hinge is plastic and cannot be repositioned

The fact that Beko is not a premium brand may be reflected in the price. However, it is certainly not a budget brand, yet you do get some budget features in return. Personally, I find the door hinge made of so-called "high-quality plastic" very disappointing; the door is already hanging upon delivery and requires a slight lift to close. The claim that the door's opening direction cannot be adjusted seems to have already been corrected in Coolblue's product description. Another disappointment is that the duration of the wash cycle is extended after it starts; for example, starting a 2.5-hour program can increase to over 3 hours after just a few minutes of running. Very strange and unreliable, therefore. Otherwise, it is a very solid machine from which the laundry comes out well so far. During the spin cycle, you can barely hear the washing machine running until it starts centrifuging and the laundry is almost finished. Which is a good thing, because the end signal is barely audible. For a few cents more, a real premium brand would be worth considering.
