With this 13-piece Ingenio set, I click one handle onto every pan I need. However, pouring hot liquids is less easy, as there is no pouring rim.

Handy detachable handle For me, the detachable handle is the strongest point of this set. I click it onto a pan and take it off just as quickly. The handle locks at 3 points and supports up to 10 kilos. Without the handle, I stack the pans inside each other. This saves space in my kitchen drawer.

Complete set I grab a suitable pan for every preparation. The box contains frying pans, saucepans, a wok, and a sauté pan. You also get glass lids, plastic lids, and 2 handles. The frying pans, the wok, and the sauté pan feature the ceramic Fusion Core coating. This coating is scratch-resistant, even when using a metal spatula. This way, you have a pan for every dish.

Suitable for finishing in the oven I sear my meat on the stovetop first. Afterward, I remove the handle and slide the pan into the oven. This way, my dish continues to cook slowly in the same pan. I don't scoop anything out, resulting in less washing up. At the table, I use the pan as a serving dish. I put leftovers in the refrigerator with a plastic lid.

I prefer using the glass lids while cooking. I can see my rice or sauce without lifting the lid. This keeps the heat inside the pan. And I decide exactly when my dish is ready.

Red dot indicates the correct heat The Thermo-Signal is located in the bottom of the pan. The red dot turns solid red as soon as the pan is up to temperature. Then I place my steak or egg in the pan. This ensures my meat browns nicely. So, I no longer have to guess whether the pan is hot enough yet.

The box in which this cookware set is delivered is quite small, so that was a plus right away.

I can fit all the pans, along with the lids and handles, in one narrow drawer. It is very convenient that the handles on the lids also fold down so you can stack them easily. The pans are quite light, but feel very sturdy. The handle clicks on and off very easily and is very securely attached. Due to the position of the buttons to release the handle, there is very little chance of accidentally unclicking it while cooking. This system also saves a huge amount of space in the refrigerator, and you can easily take pans in and out of the oven. Thanks to the included plastic lids, you no longer have to mess around with aluminum foil.

The non-stick coating works very well; nothing sticks, and you can wash the pans clean in no time after use.

I also consider the red dot in the middle of the pan, which indicates whether the pan is hot enough, a plus point.

I am very happy with my Tefal Ingenio cookware set. The pans are of good quality, heat up quickly, and the non-stick coating works excellently. The detachable handle is sturdy and very practical. What I particularly like is that the pans take up little space because they can be stacked. That is why I am going to use them in our camper van as well. They are compact, versatile, and easy to clean. I highly recommend them!
