With the Tefal Experience Wokpan 28 cm, you can quickly and evenly stir-fry vegetables, meat, and noodles until they're done. Thanks to the Fusion Core non-stick coating, the pan is scratch-resistant, even if you use a metal spatula. The thick base spreads the heat evenly, so you won't have cold spots in the pan. The red Thermo-Signal turns solid red when the pan is hot enough for stir-frying. This way, you'll start cooking at the right time. The aluminum pan is lightweight, so you can easily lift it and move it to the table. You can use the wok on all heat sources, including induction. After cooking, you can also safely put the wok in the oven up to 250 degrees Celsius.
