How do you solve problems with your Fitbit screen?

2 tips to solve a black screen
Sometimes, you can solve a black screen on your Fitbit yourself. Try one of these 3 solutions:
- Charge your Fitbit
- Reset your Fitbit
Doesn't your Fitbit respond to anything? Contact the Fitbit customer service. They're help you further with solving the problem.
Tip 1: charge your Fitbit
Sometimes, the battery of your Fitbit is empty. Connect the charger of the Fitbit. If the Fitbit is connected properly, you'll feel a vibration and see an icon of a battery on the screen. If the battery has charged a bit, the Fitbit turns on by itself. Does your Fitbit still show a black screen? Continue to tip 2.
Tip 2: reset your Fitbit
