How do you solve a Wisberg washing machine error?

With error E10, there's a problem with the water supply.

  1. Open the faucet completely and then close it.
  2. Place a bucket underneath the faucet and unplug the plug from the socket.
  3. Disconnect the water supply hose from the faucet and clean the water filter. Remove the hose from the washing machine as well, and check if something got stuck in it.
  4. Once you've cleaned it, reconnect the supply hose and put the plug back in.
  5. Turn on the faucet again and make sure that there's no kink in the hose.

In case of error E12 or E21, there's a problem with the water drain of the washing machine.

  1. Open the hatch on the front of the washing machine, at the bottom right.
  2. Remove the filter, clean the filter and the filter cavity thoroughly, and place it back.
  3. Check whether the drain hose is kinked or blocked.
  4. Don't place the drain hose higher than 1m above the washing machine in the drain pipe.

Do you see error code E30? This means the door isn't closed properly.

  1. Open the door and check whether any clothes are stuck between the door and the frame.
  2. Push the door shut firmly until you hear a clear click.

If this doesn't work, the door lock may be broken. In this case, contact a technician.
