You can charge your iPad with an iPad charging cable. It differs per iPad which cable you need. The iPad starter models up to and including 2021 have a Lightning port. Also iPad Air and Mini models from 2019 and before have a Lightning port. Use an iPad Lightning cable for these iPads. Do you purchase a cable for your Power Delivery fast charger? In that case, you need a USB-C to Lightning cable. Are you looking for a charging cable for your iPad Pro, iPad (2022), iPad Air (2020/2022) or Mini (2021)? Choose a USB-C cable. These USB-C to USB-C cables only fit Power Delivery fast chargers. You can choose a 2m iPad cable or longer if you want more freedom of movement during charging.
