This design partly closes you off from your surroundings, so you can get lost in the music. Most over-ear headphones have noise canceling. Thanks to this combination, you don't hear much ambient noise. Thanks to the soft ear cushions, the headphones are comfortable and don't press down on your ears. Due to their large size, over-ear headphones are less suitable for on the go.
