You receive a personal gift card code via email when your new subscription is activated. It's valid on all products in the Coolblue App and our website. You fill it in during the checkout. Prefer to visit our store first to view or try the products? You can also redeem the gift card in the store.

Can I exchange my gift card for money?
No, you can't exchange your gift card for money. If you order a product and decide to return it, you'll receive the amount from us as credit in your account.
What if I can't find my code?

What's the expiration date of my Coolblue gift card?
The gift card is valid for 5 years from the day it was purchased. You can find the exact expiration date in the email with your personal gift card code.
I forgot to use my gift card during my order, what now?
It's sadly not possible to use a discount code or gift card after you order. If your package hasn't left our warehouse yet, you can still cancel the order in 'my orders' in My Coolblue. Place your order again and use your discount code or gift card.
