Memory cards

You can place a memory card in your camera, video camera, smartphone, or tablet to store data externally. You can put files such as documents, photos, and videos on a memory card. The smaller microSD and the larger SD card are the most common memory cards. You place a microSD card in your action camera or drone, for example. You can also expand the memory of your Nintendo Switch with a microSD card. The number of gigabytes on your memory card determines how much you can store.
