A medium-sized microwave usually features a capacity of 25 to 40 liters. Do you want to bake and grill? Make sure to check out a combi microwave. The rule of thumb is: the larger the capacity, the bigger the oven dish that'll fit. A combi microwave of 30 liters will fit larger lasagna than a combi microwave of 25 liters. If you only want to defrost and heat up meals, a solo microwave is sufficient. In this case, the capacity is of lesser importance. A medium-sized microwave of 25 to 28 liters will always fit a single plate.
