Apple iPhone X 64GB Space Gray

The iPhone X, the device that everyone (who is willing to spend a lot of money for a phone) has been looking forward to. Assuming that the specifications, etc. are known to the target group that uses such. If you buy this device, I will summarize my opinion. After using almost every iPhone variant, I can conclude the following: Positive points *Innovative design; Differentiate from other current iPhone devices. For me a reason to take this device. Compact, yet a large screen. Exactly what I was looking for. *Screen: Screen quality is top notch. Brightness does not seem to be higher than the other current devices from Apple and its competitors. Contrast is above average. The 'Notch' is no problem for me. Small disadvantage sometimes comes back when watching Youtube video. Full screen is possible in the zoomed view. However, this ensures that you do not see the entire image (due to zooming). *Camera quality: Super quality. The portrait modes are especially great. Was already on the plus models from Apple, but again a nice feature. However, this feature is not yet completely free from software bugs. *IOS: Sounds a bit obvious, but you buy an Apple partly because of the IOS system. It is somewhat predictable, but therefore reliable. Disadvantages/improvements *Battery life: A disadvantage. Scores below average, compared to other iPhones. And they weren't special. *Not free of teething problems: FaceID and the like are just not fully developed yet. In addition, there are hiccups in the system. Screenshots are sometimes not taken etc. *Ease of use: Innovation does not always lead to improvements. The system complies, but is not by definition more user-friendly. Multitasking requires several steps, making the system less efficient than other iPhones. *3.5mm audio connector: not new, but annoying. Overall: Leave the iPhone X and wait until September/October '18. Just let Apple develop for a year. The product is unfinished and therefore not worth the price tag. Only take this product if you want to know what to expect from Apple in the coming years (and hopefully better than this device).

After 2 years of using an iPhone 6, the iPhone X as a successor. Color silver/white. Looks nice, modern, large screen in a relatively compact housing. But then: you pay your squint, and you don't even get a fast charger in the box. Not even a fast charger for a price of (depending on which model) more than 1150 euros. Then the ease of use. IPhones are easy to use, but this X takes getting used to and I find it difficult for me. It's different for everyone, I don't like it, and that's a shame. Not all apps are optimized for the wide screen yet, but that will follow. All in all, I think this is more of a beta product, and I don't recommend this device. Certainly not for this price. Maybe a big price drop and then I will recommend the device, not now.
