The pre-order period lasts until Thursday 17 September 23:59. We expect that popular models will be sold out soon.

How does the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max pre-order work?
You can order your new iPhone at Coolblue from Saturday 12 September, 14:00. The pre-order period lasts until Thursday 17 September, 23:59. If you order during the pre-order period, you'll receive your iPhone on Friday 18 September. Choose pickup in the store if you want your iPhone early in the morning.
What's the delivery time of the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max?
If you order your iPhone during the pre-order, you'll receive it on Friday 18 September. Want to be the first to get the latest iPhone? Pick it up at the store, where it'll be ready for you early in the morning.
What if the device I want is sold out?
Unfortunately, we have limited stock and we expect that popular models sell out soon. Unfortunately, we don't know how long it'll take until you can order your iPhone 18 Pro regularly again. Check if there's a different color or storage capacity, or sign up for updates via the "Keep me updated" button on the product page. If you enter your email address there, you'll receive an email when the device is back in stock. Keep in mind that due to the large demand, the devices might be sold out again soon.
Can I call the customer service to order?
No, customer service can't do anything for you and doesn't have access to extra models. If a model is sold out on the website, it's really sold out. You also can't reserve a device via customer service.
Do I get a discount if I trade in my old smartphone?
Yes, your old smartphone is worth money when you trade it in. You can do this up to 30 days after receiving your new iPhone. Transfer all your data to your new device and then bring your old device to the store. An expert will determine the trade-in value. You'll receive this amount back in your account within 7 working days, or right away as CoolblueCredit. Via our app, you can check your predicted trade-in value. Until 3 October 2026, you'll receive € 25 extra trade-in value.
