Order your iPhone 18 Pro from Saturday 12 September 2026 and receive it on Friday 18 September 2026. Choose to pick it up in the store if you want to have your iPhone early in the morning. When does the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max pre-order start?
You can pre-order your new iPhone online from 12 September 2026, 14:00. The pre-order lasts until Thursday 17 September 2026, 23:59. When you order during this pre-order period, you'll receive your iPhone on release day: Friday 18 September 2026. Some models will sell out quickly. We then truly don't have these devices anymore, and we also can't reserve new devices for you. You can order sold-out models again online from Friday 18 September 2026. It'll take a bit longer before you receive your device.
Pick up your iPhone in the store
Do you want to receive your new iPhone as soon as possible, and don’t want to wait all day for the delivery driver to arrive? Choose to pick it up in the store when you order. We'll make sure your device is ready for you at a Coolblue store near you by opening hours. We'll also help you choose the right accessories right away, like the fastest charger.
Trade in your old device and receive a € 25 extra trade-in discount
Do you want a discount on your iPhone? Trade in your old device. After you receive your new iPhone, you have 30 days to trade in your old device. If you order your iPhone before 3 October 2025, you'll temporarily receive a € 25 extra trade-in discount. This is added to your standard trade-in discount. Are you trading in an old iPhone 16 Pro Max, for example? You'll receive a maximum trade-in discount of € 595, plus the € 25 extra trade-in discount. In total, you can save € 620. Our expert in the store determines the definitive trade-in discount.
