I've been using the hp-envy for almost a week. These are my findings: HP-envy has a luxurious design. The laptop is very compact and light, so you can easily take it with you. Boot time is very fast. HP-envy has no problem with Adobe illustrator and Photoshop. After Effects isn't as fast on the envy as the Illustrator and Photoshop, but still fast enough to work comfortably. The keyboard is ultra thin, but it taps nicely. I was able to watch YouTube videos effortlessly, while I was working in illustrator. The battery charges quickly and you can work on the laptop for hours without any problems.
I bought the hp-envy with 4K screen. In hindsight this would have been unnecessary. A full HD screen would be fine for this size screen. The battery is not replaceable. The HP-envy is pricey, but after extensive research, I haven't been able to find an ultrabook that has the same specifications as the hp-envy.
