Our experience is based on three weeks of use. My daughter is quite happy with this. It came from an ultra-compact and lightweight 3rd-generation i3 laptop with an 11-inch screen, and she finds this Acer acceptable in terms of weight and size. It has a long battery life, the charging time is good enough and it has a great screen. We also have no complaints about the keyboard, touchscreen and touchpad. It's good that soft feet have been installed in some places of the laptop, so that in certain positions the laptop does not rest cold with the metal on the surface.
We have found a number of downsides so far. Occasionally the fan is clearly audible when it is connected to the mains. Especially when turning it on for the first time with finishing the Windows setup, it was quite howling. The sound quality is really bad. The sound regularly crackles both on the speaker and through the headphones. Spotify during homework is sometimes annoying. If sound is important, don't take the risk and look for another model. The first startup of, for example, an MS Office application after installation can take longer than expected, despite a fast processor, enough memory and a (fast?) SSD. Nothing happened on the screen for 40 seconds until the splash screen appeared.
When we compare the performance with our 3rd generation i3 (4GB, Samsung 840 EVO SSD) and the 6th generation i7 (8GB, Intel 600p SSD) laptops, the overall experience is that the speed of working with the Acer is that we don't see very much. have progressed.

Good laptop, had it for a month now. Perfectly suited for study and even some low-end games in all respects. Audio sometimes crackles; easy to fix but annoying. After a while the rotary joint has become a bit weaker, but still robust. Performance, resolution and storage are nice and high, I am enjoying this laptop a lot!

Laptop now in full use for 2 weeks, as a replacement for a 3 year old Macbook 12 ". Switched due to the screen size and the finer business use of Windows 10. Also looking for a laptop that you can also fold to read documents or possibly Netflix to watch.
