The laptop boots quickly and has no trouble with intensive programs. I mainly use it for programming and the rather oversized IDEs work smoothly. In addition, I did not experience any problems with "sharp edges", as described in several other reviews. The sleek design of the laptop is also a plus.
The first few days I had to get used to the keyboard, as I'm used to a numpad and a different layout of the "home", "end", "delete", "pgup" and "pgdown" keys. After a few days I had mastered the keyboard (pun intended) and the feedback from the keys themselves is fine (excellent is different, but certainly not bad, annoying or uncomfortable). Fortunately, keyboard lighting can be turned off.
Usually the laptop is completely silent; the fan switches on during intensive use. For now, this only happens when large amounts of data are written to the memory and takes no more than about thirty seconds.
The non-matte touchscreen does indeed give smudges, but when used indoors, these are only visible on black parts of the screen. Now I don't use the touchscreen much, but the screen responds quickly and precisely to fingers and the supplied pen/stylus. The pen is pressure-sensitive and when you press a button also works a few centimeters above the screen, so you won't be bothered by broken lines while drawing.
For the time being, the battery lasts just under a working day (screen brightness ± 75%) and I can live with that just fine.
Of course there are better (and more expensive!) laptops available, but all in all, this laptop is a pleasure to work with, even for intensive use.
