According to our laptop expert
The 14-inch screen has thin edges, so you have relatively more screen space than with laptops with 'regular' edges.
Thanks to the metal casing, the MateBook D is better protected against light impacts.
With the NVIDIA GeForce MX150 video card, you can play games at low settings and render videos more quickly than laptops without a graphics card.
This laptop produces a lot of noise during intensive tasks.
A 14-inch screen is quite small, so if you often use your laptop in the same place, a larger screen is recommended.
In Europe, Huawei laptops will continue to get the latest Microsoft (software) updates.
On the Huawei MateBook D 14 inches VLT-W50B, you can edit photos on a relatively larger screen than that of other 14-inch laptops, thanks to the nearly borderless screen. Work at home, or take the MateBook D with you to the office or lecture hall, since the slim design makes it easy to carry this laptop in a bag or backpack. The battery lasts almost 8 hours on a single charge, so you won't need to look for a power socket for most of the day. When you do need to 'plug it in', you can use the USB-C cable, which you can also use to connect phones and other peripherals. Use the fingerprint scanner to log in to Windows without needing a password, so your files will be better protected.

Because I was used to a MacBook, I found it very exciting to switch to a Windows laptop and then also the first model from Huawei. So far I'm 100% happy with it and haven't been able to find any cons yet. I mainly use the laptop on the internet and to play a game every now and then.
