According to our laptop expert
Thanks to the Intel Core i5 processor, this Acer Swift 3 is fast enough for demanding programs like Adobe Photoshop.
With the fingerprint scanner, you can log into Windows 10 without typing a password.
Thanks to the aluminum casing, the laptop can take a hit.
In addition to the 256GB SSD, this laptop doesn't have an extra hard drive, so you'll soon have to look for extra storage options.
A 14-inch screen is quite small, so if you often use your laptop in the same place, a larger screen is recommended.
The Acer Swift 3 SF314-56-5427 is a 14-inch laptop you can use for your graphic studies and visual work. This model has an Intel Core i5 processor, which can effortlessly run programs like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. With 8GB of RAM, you can load large assets without the laptop lagging. And thanks to the Full HD resolution, you can view them in high quality. The Swift also has a fingerprint scanner, which lets you log in more quickly than when you need to type a password. As a result, you can quickly start taking notes during a lecture.

Design
I particularly like the laptop because the most frequently mentioned negatives in other reviews largely do not apply in practice. The fingerprint scanner works fine: with one touch it does it right away. The sometimes heard negative that the battery lasts much less than the promised 12 hours is not entirely justified. The 12 hours is a maximum, and with normal use, the laptop still lasts about 8 hours, which is very long. The weight and size are extremely fine, although it was slightly smaller than initially thought. Because I use a mouse myself, I don't need the trackpad, but it is a bit stiff if you have to use it a lot. That is also the only "downside", the rest of the laptop makes it a really good purchase. Coolblue's great service afterwards makes the purchase even better.

The Acer swift 3 is in my opinion a must! Multiple pluses and really only 1 minus. Because of other reviews I was afraid that the USB connections would be stiff, but I don't notice anything at all. This laptop is ideal to take to school/work because of its dimensions and light weight. In addition, it is also nice to work outside in the sun, thanks to the anti-reflective screen.
