According to our laptop expert
You can play medium demanding games at 60 fps and stream your gameplay in Full HD with the RTX 4060 video card, the i7 processor, and 16GB RAM.
The 144Hz screen shows fast-moving images smoothly, which is useful for fast shooters.
Set your favorite colors on the RGB backlit keyboard with 4 adjustable zones, so that you can continue gaming in the dark in style.
Due to the large 17-inch size and the weight of 2.6kg, it's not as easy to take this laptop with you in your backpack or laptop bag.
To play demanding games, we recommend at least an RTX 3070 or RX 6700 video card.
With the 17-inch MSI Katana 17 B12VFK-635NL gaming laptop, you can play medium demanding games at 60 fps and stream your gameplay via Twitch in Full HD. The MSI is powerful enough for that with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 video card, 12th generation Intel Core i7, and 16GB DDR5 RAM. Do you like to play fast shooters or racing games? With the 144Hz refresh rate of the screen, you can enjoy smooth and fast-moving images. You can also use this Katana in the evening. Choose your favorite colors on the RGB backlit keyboard with 4 adjustable zones, so you can still find the WASD keys in the dark. This also allows you to give your gaming laptop a personal touch. It doesn't matter which game you play, because you can install about 20 games of about 45GB on the 1TB M.2 SSD. Want to be sure the internet doesn't drop away while you game? Connect an Ethernet cable for wired internet via the Ethernet port.
Note
: always connect the charger while gaming, or the performance won't be as good and the battery will drain in a couple of hours.Receive an email with a personal voucher code for 1 free year of Norton 360 Deluxe antivirus 1 day after purchase.
This is the worst laptop I've ever owned. My old laptop that was the cheapest on the market 5 years ago with a worse video card can even handle games that this laptop can't even handle. The laptop freezes all the time causing my game to crash. I can't even play fortnite on this laptop on my old one. I really thought MSI was one of the best gaming brands but this is really scandalous.
