Can't say much about the operation yet because I've only had it for 2 days, I mainly wanted to respond to a complaint that I see in a number of other reviews.
The complaint that programs take a long time in other reviews is not entirely correct, there is also a shorter version available for that cotton program that takes 1.5 hours. You can turn it on/off with the "speed perfect" button. According to the manual, your laundry will be just as clean, only with a bit more energy consumption. I would really recommend people here to open the manual, sometimes there is some useful information in it.
The touch-like buttons do not respond very well. You have to press them quite hard before anything happens.
And as for the other review points: there is no drying result, and in terms of design, well, it is a washing machine.

Very happy with it. Many possibilities. Spinning is wonderfully quiet compared to the old washing machine. The most important point why I chose this machine. It is worth its price. Friendly delivery people, punctual at the agreed time. Ordered at 8 pm and delivered within 12 hours.

Beautiful machine, really wanted to do the washing. Perfectly installed by my husband, and I ran the first program with great anticipation: drum cleaning. This went well, but it took some getting used to because you have to pump out the water (every time!) after this program. I don't quite understand that. You pour a liter of water into the detergent compartment. Unfortunately after a few days: fault-10/35, which according to Bosch customer service means water in the container. We had to disconnect the machine from the power ourselves, transfer the machine to the front and now let it dry for 48 hours... good hope that it will work again soon, but this is very annoying and strange with such a brand new machine. Incomprehensible! And now...?!

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our washing machine expert
Fewer wrinkles and fresh clothes: you reduce wrinkles in 20 minutes and freshen up your clothes without a wash cycle thanks to the Iron Assist steam program.
Short wash cycles: your laundry gets clean faster because SpeedPerfect shortens long wash cycles by up to 65%.
Large loads in 1 go: with a 9kg load capacity, you can wash larger loads of bedding or a few days' worth of clothes in 1 go.
No automatic dosing: the washing machine doesn’t have i-DOS to automatically dose detergent and wash your clothes extra thoroughly.
A energy label: you save an average of € 220 over 10 years compared to the E energy label.
