This dryer fits easily in my smaller laundry room thanks to its narrow size. Fortunately, all my laundry fits in the dryer at once. I set my favorite settings as a separate program, so that I can immediately choose the right program for my frequent laundry. Thanks to the adjustable anti-crease phase, I remove my clothes from the drum with fewer creases after the program. I also dry energy-efficiently with energy class A+++.
First impression
The first thing I notice about this Wisberg dryer is that it is quite a small model. Yet the bedding of my double bed fits in the drum at once. Handy, because this gives me enough space for my laundry and the dryer takes up less space. The display is large and clear, although my fingerprints do stick quickly. Via the display I can also see that I can switch the drum lighting on and off myself. That is nice, because this way I do not miss anything while unloading.
Setting my program
The first program on the display is called 'my program'. In the manual I see that I can set this as I want. I usually dry cotton laundry and my dryer is on a different floor, so I don't always know whether the program has finished. That's why I set the program to cotton cupboard dry with an anti-crease time of one hour. If I now choose 'my program', my most used settings are ready with one turn. Handy!
Handy programs
On the display I see various handy programs for different types of laundry. I think the Hygiene program is a nice program. I see that this program uses a special UV function to kill bacteria. Great! The dryer also has a refresh program. This is a nice program when I take my shirts and tops out of the closet musty after a long winter.
Dry laundry without creases
As mentioned before, this dryer has an anti-crease phase that I can set myself. Since I am not always at home when I turn on the dryer, it is nice if my clean clothes do not come out of the drum completely creased. I set the anti-crease phase between 30 and 150 minutes. This way, the drum keeps turning occasionally after the program, so that I do not have to stand behind the ironing board extra.
Energy-efficient
The dryer takes about 3 hours to dry a full drum with the eco program. I think this is quite long. This is due to the lower drying temperature. However, this does make the dryer energy-efficient with energy class A+++ and I know for sure that my laundry will not shrink. So I do not mind waiting a little longer.
