It took me a while to get used to the load, going from 5 kg to 8 kg. I chose this machine because I don't care for all sorts of extras. In practice, I only use one or two programs. It has to wash properly, and it does.

This is our third Miele washing machine after using the previous two for 17 and 15 years, respectively, with heavy use. The Miele washing machine still feels solid in 2025 and spins very stable. Easy to use, no manual needed. It washes cleanly and spins steadily. It uses the right amount of water depending on the load. If necessary, you can easily adjust settings permanently, such as extra water during the rinse cycle, an extra rinse cycle, etc., for example, for people with allergies. The only thing I've adjusted is disabling the beep button. It's just a shame that the washing machine doesn't beep when the program is finished during the crease protection mode. According to Miele, this can be activated with the programming function F12, but our machine doesn't have that. Miele's support team hasn't responded yet.

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our washing machine expert
Less ironing: you reduce wrinkles and ironing after washing with the pre-ironing function.
Less wear and tear: your clothes wear out less quickly thanks to the special SoftCare drum.
High-end build quality: the high-end washing machine is very sturdily built and lasts longer on average.
No quick half load: the washing machine doesn't have PowerWash, so you can't thoroughly wash a half-full drum in 49 minutes.
Not suitable for large loads: you can't wash large loads of bedding or clothes in 1 go with the 8kg load capacity.
