In a typical week, I mainly wash clothes, towels, and bedding. Therefore, I want a washing machine that isn't unnecessarily large, but offers enough space for my daily laundry. This white Wisberg has a load capacity of 8 kilograms. That is sufficient for me: even my double bed linen fits in a single load. Moreover, thanks to SwiftWash and CreaseControl, I have handy functions for when I want to finish quickly or do less ironing. I dose the detergent by hand, but I don't mind that.
First impression
The white casing looks calm in my laundry room. Around the rotary knob, I can immediately see which programs I can choose. I find that clearer than when I only see symbols. The door opens smoothly, and the touch panel responds well when I select an extra option. I also find it convenient that the display is multilingual. This way, everyone in the house can understand the settings.
From daily laundry to bedding
With an 8-kilogram load capacity, I have room for a normal or medium load. I wash my double bed linen in one go, without having to divide it over multiple loads. The drum is also large enough for towels and clothes that have been worn for a few days. Do I need clean clothes quickly? Then I shorten the time with SwiftWash. With this, I can wash a small load clean within 45 minutes. That is handy if I want to wear my favorite outfit or sportswear again quickly.
Stain function
Did I make a stain while eating or exercising? Then I add the stain function. I choose from stains caused by food, drinks, sports, make-up, or extremely stubborn dirt. This way, I tailor the program to my laundry. With the extra rinse function, I can easily add an extra rinse cycle, for example, when I want to rinse extra thoroughly after washing stubborn stains.
Fewer wrinkles with steam
When I wash shirts, I choose the steam function. With CreaseControl, the washing machine adds steam at the end of the program. As a result, my shirts come out of the drum smoother, and I finish ironing faster.
No automatic detergent dispensing
I find it a minor drawback that the washing machine does not automatically dispense the detergent. That is why I measure out the detergent myself and add it before turning on the machine. Fortunately, I get used to this quickly, and my laundry always comes out clean.
