The automatic dosing system isn't working. I've already contacted them, and they simply say... you should just go to the store and have a look.

Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our washing machine expert
The washing machine automatically doses the detergent thanks to the AI Wash turbidity sensor that detects how dirty your laundry is.
You can wash extra hygienically with the SteamWash program, which removes allergens and bacteria with steam.
With a 9kg load capacity, you can wash larger loads of bedding or several days' worth of clothes in one go.
The washing machine doesn't have QuickDrive to shorten 11 different wash cycles.
Because the RPM is 1,400, your laundry comes out of the drum less dry, so it needs more time to dry.
