After having the MSI Cyborg 15 A13VFK-1201NL for a while, I can confidently say that this laptop lives up to its promises. The speed, in particular, is immediately noticeable. Everything loads lightning fast, and multitasking is a breeze, making this laptop perfect for both work and play.
A big plus, in my opinion, is the flexibility in performance management. It's truly ideal that you can customize the laptop's performance to extend battery life. This is incredibly useful when you're on the go and don't always have a power outlet nearby, or if you simply want to work a little longer without worrying about a dead battery. The balance between pure power and efficiency is perfectly struck.
As for the weight, yes, it is quite heavy. But honestly, for a laptop with these specifications and performance, that's understandable. After all, you're getting a powerful machine in return, and that comes at a price, including in terms of weight. It's not an ultrabook you can easily take anywhere, but if you need a stable and fast machine, this is an acceptable trade-off.

Ik heb de laptop pas een paar weken in gebruik, maar deze zover tot nu toe prima voor het geld. Vanaf mn vorige ASUS is het geluid een merkbare stap terug, maar die was dan ook een stukje duurder. Online onderzoek leerde me dat het geluid over het algemeen als waar voor het geld wordt gezien, en na het installeren van MSI Center, en toepassen van de equalizer opties, is het een wereld van verschil (hoewel nog steeds niet in de buurt van de ASUS) Ik ben zelf erg tevreden met de batterijduur, maar moet daarbij melden dat ik niet héél veel vraag van de laptop. De performance is voor dat beperkte gebruik ook genoeg. De harde schijf is wat karig voor iemand die gewend is alles lokaal op te slaan, maar ook dat aspect schijnt een beetje de standaard te zijn. Het design is prima, en gelukkig één van de weinige toetsenborden die nog full size up en down arrows heeft. Ook bij het toetsenbord geeft MSI Center een heleboel aanpassingen voor eigen smaak qua kleuren en effecten. De vol verlichtte WASD knoppen zijn dan weer minder naar mijn smaak, helaas is het toetsenbord niet zó gedetailleerd aan te passen. Twee USB aansluitingen houdt niet over, maar is de meeste van de tijd genoeg.
