Slow cookers

Slow cooking is becoming more and more popular, and for good reason. Your ingredients are steamed slowly in a sealed pan, without drying out, and retain flavors, odors, and nutrients. Most slow cookers are electric, but there are also variants for the oven. You add the ingredients to the dish and then close the slowcooker. You don't need any extra oil or grease, so it's easy and also very healthy.
