The big advantage of these lamps is that you immediately see the effect of any adjustments that you make. You immediately see what happens with the light and the shadows. The disadvantage of the studio lights is that if they burn continuously, your studio quickly becomes very hot. A solution for this is a cooled lamp or LED light.
