- Transfer all data from your old MacBook to your new one.
- Visit a Coolblue store within 30 days and trade in your old MacBook.
The trade-in value you receive will be added to your bank account within 7 working days.
MacBook repairs
If you buy a new MacBook at Coolblue, you receive a 2-year warranty with Apple Care. This means we'll repair your MacBook in that period. If you caused the damage, you have to pay the repair costs yourself. The repair is free of charge if it's a manufacturer mistake, for example. We only repair MacBook models that were bought at Coolblue. You don't have to make appointment for a repair, you can just walk into the store.
